Our 2021 Cancellation Policy intends to take the uncertainty of COVID-19 pandemic conditions into account as much as possible. As a result, all tuition deposits are fully refundable prior to 30 days of the start of the program in question, given legitimate COVID-related travel complications (tuition deposits are not refundable for non-COVID reasons, though they are transferrable to future workshop sessions).
We aim to be as flexible as possible regarding COVID-related cancellations after the start of the 30-day window prior to the start of a given program. However, since space in the BrazenX program is limited, and we rely on your attendance to make important arrangements and logistical preparations, cancellations after the start of this 30-day window will likely be honored by a tuition-transfer rather than a refund. We recommend that all participants purchase trip cancellation/travel insurance that covers workshop expenses and non-refundable travel costs.
The full tuition balance for all 2021 workshops is due 30 days before the start of the program in question. Receipt of this payment will confirm a program slot. Brazenist and Brooke Roberts Creative LLC reserves the right to cancel reservations for program fees that are not fully paid by this date. No refund or transfer of any fees will be made for withdrawal after the workshop begins.
